  VimboCart handles customers from all districts in Uganda.

  Kampala Deliveries:

  
        For customers within Kampala, we aim to deliver orders within 48 hours of order placement. In the event of a delay, we will promptly notify the customer and explain the cause to allow for proper planning.
  The estimated transport cost shown at checkout reflects the cost of transporting goods from our warehouse directly to the customer's specified location within Kampala.  

  Upcountry Deliveries (Outside Kampala):

  
  For customers outside Kampala, the estimated transport cost covers delivery from our warehouse to the nearest location where regional transport vehicles are stationed. From there, the goods are further transported to the customer’s final destination. The customer may incur additional transport costs beyond this point, depending on their exact location.  

  Delivery Fees and Adjustments:

  
  The transportation cost displayed on our platform is an estimate. If the actual cost is higher, the customer will be required to pay the difference, provided it does not exceed 50% of the original estimated cost.

  Free Delivery Policy:

  
  VimboCart does not offer free delivery by default. However, customers may qualify for free delivery if they meet a minimum order value, which will be clearly indicated at checkout. Unless such an offer is explicitly shown, the customer is responsible for all delivery-related costs.
